This policy explains plainly what data we collect on this site, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
You do not need to register an account to use this site, and we do not run broker account opening ourselves. We automatically collect analytics and technical data: the pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the source you arrived from, and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid) when you arrive from an ad.
We also store a pseudonymous identifier in a first-party cookie to measure our marketing campaigns and attribute visits. If you contact us by email or Telegram, we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond.
Analytics, pixels and click tracking
We use tools such as Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (and may use similar measurement tools) to understand how the site and our campaigns perform. These tools may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.
When you click a link to a partner broker, we may pass a click identifier to that partner for attribution and conversion measurement. This identifier tells the partner that a visit came from us; it is not your name or contact details.
Why we use this data and on what legal basis
We process data to operate and improve the site, to measure and improve our advertising, and to understand visitor interests in aggregate. For Australian visitors we handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where consent rules apply (such as under the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules for visitors in the EU, EEA or UK), marketing and analytics cookies are set only after you consent via the cookie banner; strictly necessary processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing, overseas disclosure and retention
Parties that may process data on our behalf or under their own policies include Google, Meta, Telegram (if you contact us there), our hosting and analytics providers, and partner brokers for click attribution as described above. Because these providers operate globally, data may be processed outside Australia — typically in the United States and the European Union. We keep analytics and attribution data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Australian visitors may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if unsatisfied with our response; visitors in the EU, EEA or UK may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
