Who is responsible for your data

Best Trading Signal operates www.besttradingsignal.com and is the controller of personal data collected through the Site. For any privacy question or request, contact support@besttradingsignal.com.

What we collect

We collect three categories of data, and no more than we need:

• Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site, collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels
• Affiliate click identifiers — when you click a broker link we attach a click ID (sub-ID) so the broker can attribute the referral; this identifier is pseudonymous and contains no name or contact details
• Contact and subscription data — information you send us voluntarily, such as your email address, Telegram username or broker account number, when you request activation or write to support

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your payment card details (paid subscriptions are processed inside Telegram by its payment providers), your broker login credentials, or your trading account balances. Your deposit with any broker goes directly to the broker and is governed by the broker's own privacy policy.

Why we process it

• To operate the Site and deliver the signal service you requested
• To verify free-access eligibility with our partner broker when you ask us to activate you
• To measure and improve content and marketing performance (analytics, aggregated and pseudonymous)
• To answer support requests and meet legal obligations

Cookies and consent

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies, plus analytics and advertising cookies that are optional. Where local law requires consent, we ask before setting optional cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site keeps working, though analytics will not record your visit.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf — analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta), hosting providers, and Telegram for message delivery — and with our partner brokers, strictly to the extent needed to verify a referral you initiated. We never sell personal data. Some providers process data outside Canada (for example in the United States or the EU); where they do, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Support correspondence and activation records are kept while your access is active and for as long as needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, then deleted. Analytics data is retained on the default schedules of the platforms involved, in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA — and the GDPR where it applies — you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Write to support@besttradingsignal.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes; the current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site before they take effect.
