For everything else — partnership enquiries, corrections, privacy requests or detailed questions — write to support@besttradingsignal.com. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. The desk works European hours, so if you write in the Australian afternoon the answer will usually be waiting when you wake up. Include your Base Markets account number if your message concerns free-access activation.

What we cannot help with
We do not provide personal financial advice, account management or deposit and withdrawal support for broker accounts — for anything involving your funds at Base Markets or another broker, contact that broker's own support directly. We also never ask for your passwords or send unsolicited payment requests; the only official channels are the bot and the email address above.
