These terms govern your use of www.besttradingsignal.com (the "Site") and the signal services delivered through it, including our Telegram channels and bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Site or subscribing to the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
Nature of the service
Best Trading Signal publishes market analysis, trading calls, educational content and reviews of international trading brokers. The Site is an informational and marketing platform. We are not a broker, do not execute trades, do not hold or manage client funds, and do not provide portfolio management or any regulated financial service. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any other Indian authority.
Calls are not investment advice
All calls, analysis and content published through the Service are general analyst opinions on international markets, provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personal investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not take your individual circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance into account. You alone decide whether to act on any call, and you bear full responsibility for the outcome. Past performance, including our published track record, does not guarantee future results.
Eligibility and Indian law
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Site — and any trading or overseas remittance you undertake — complies with the laws applicable to you, including RBI and SEBI rules and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) where relevant. The Service is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be contrary to local law.
Independence of the Service
Our trading signals are a separate service run by Best Trading Signal. They are not provided or endorsed by any broker, and access to them does not depend on opening or funding an account with any broker. The only way to access our live calls is a paid subscription, as described below; there is no free-access or deposit-based route.
Paid subscriptions
Paid access is sold through our official Telegram bot. Prices, plans and billing terms are shown in the bot before purchase. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case in line with applicable consumer law — contact support to raise a billing issue.
Relationship with brokers
We act as a marketing affiliate for certain internationally regulated brokers and may receive a commission when you open an account or trade through our links, at no additional cost to you. These brokers are offshore entities and are not regulated by SEBI. Any account, deposit or trade is made directly with the broker under the broker's own terms; we are not a party to that relationship and accept no responsibility for a broker's services, execution, policies or solvency. Our signals service is separate and is not provided or endorsed by any broker.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content, design and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to Best Trading Signal. The call feed is licensed for your personal use only: you may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape or rebroadcast calls or subscriber content in any form, including into other Telegram or WhatsApp groups. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including redistribution.
Limitation of liability
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any content or call, service interruptions, or your dealings with any broker.
