These terms govern your use of www.besttradingsignal.com (the "Site") and the signal services offered through it, including our Telegram channels and bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Site or subscribing to the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
Nature of the service
Best Trading Signal publishes market analysis, trading signals, educational content and reviews of trading brokers. The Site is an informational and marketing platform. We are not a broker, we do not execute trades, we do not hold or manage client funds, and we do not provide portfolio management or any other regulated financial service. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and nothing on the Site should be read as the carrying-on of a regulated activity.
Signals are not financial advice
All signals, analysis and content published through the Service are general analyst opinions provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personal investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not take your individual circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance into account. You alone decide whether to act on any signal, and you bear full responsibility for the outcome. Past performance, including our published track record, does not guarantee future results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site, and any trading you undertake, complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on retail access to leveraged products in your country of residence. The Service is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be contrary to local law.
The free-access offer
Free access to the signal feed is available to clients who open a trading account with our partner broker Base Markets through our referral link and fund it with the qualifying deposit stated on the start page. The deposit is made into your own trading account with the broker and never passes through us. We may verify that an account was opened through our link before activating access, and free access is intended for clients maintaining an active funded referred account. We may modify or withdraw the offer prospectively at any time; access already activated is not affected retroactively without notice.
Paid subscriptions
Paid access is sold through our official Telegram bot. Prices, plans and billing terms are displayed in the bot before purchase. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Because the Service consists of digital content delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case in accordance with applicable consumer law — contact support to raise a billing issue.
Relationship with brokers
We act as a marketing affiliate and introducing partner for certain regulated brokers and may receive a commission when you open an account or trade through our links, at no additional cost to you. Any account, deposit or trade is made directly with the broker under the broker's own terms. Some partner brokers are regulated offshore rather than by the FCA, which means UK protections such as the FSCS and the Financial Ombudsman Service may not apply — check each broker's regulation before opening an account. We are not a party to that relationship and accept no responsibility for a broker's services, execution, policies or solvency.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content, design and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to Best Trading Signal. The signal feed is licensed to you for personal use only: you may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape or rebroadcast signals or subscriber content in any form. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including signal redistribution.
Limitation of liability
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any content or signal, service interruptions, or your dealings with any broker. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
